We take the security of your data seriously:

  • Access to production data is restricted and logged

While we implement industry-standard security measures, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Specifically:

  • Active accounts: Data is retained for the duration of your subscription
  • Cancelled accounts: Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted
  • Backups: Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days after deletion
